Very kind & knowledgeable
This place didn't tell me when I made the appointment and told her what insurance I have, or when she copied my primarily and secondary insurance cards at check in, that they are out of network for my insurance. It wasn't until after a high pressure to pay cash consultation, and I suggested they send a pre-authorization to my insurance companies that she said they were out of network and she wouldn't even know how to begin to send any communication with them.
