The respiratory therapist was wonderful. Explained everything from the machine to the billing in full detail. They went over every document that was signed. They took their time fitting me to the proper mask. However, the individual who called and set up the appointment was very disorganized. When returning their call, their voicemail message stated that they would return your call by the end of the business day. It was actually over a week later.
Very pleased with my service every time I go in. Really great to have the supplies I need right in the office so I don’t need to wait for them to be shipped!
Will be switching to Bangor even though it’s further distance. They repeatedly forget to send bills until they’re late and their rapport with clients is abhorrent. Just got a bill for both October and November because they never sent my October bill. I told them I’ve been consistently using my machine and they refuse to send me any new supplies. Finally spoke to someone in the supplies department and they said the SD cards will sometimes stop sending messages to the provider but can probably be fixed. But that was after mont... read more
