After 18 months of being a customer, I got a supply shipment that had an empty, sealed bag. I called to tell them and they told me that I had to bring the empty bag to them to prove it. I told them that would require me missing work. I offered to send them pictures, and they said no. I had to take time off from work to bring them an empty bag. The respiratory therapist was wonderful. Explained everything from the machine to the billing in full detail. They went over every document that was signed. They took their time fitting me to the proper mask. However, the individual who called and set up the appointment was very disorganized. When returning their call, their voicemail message stated that they would return your call by the end of the business day. It was actually over a week later.

Very pleased with my service every time I go in. Really great to have the supplies I need right in the office so I don’t need to wait for them to be shipped!
