Terrible practice, they NEVER return phone messages, EVER. The only way to get a response from them is to drive to their office. They don't answer the phone and they don't return messages, ever. Also, their patient web portal is archaic, maybe created in the 70's, and the link to it rarely works so you can't get appointment information or results from it. The office is a bit run down and the staff views you as a disruption to what they would rather be doing.
