The visit was billed at $400 for a scheduled one-hour appointment. The actual clinical interaction lasted roughly 30 minutes and consisted primarily of completing a questionnaire, with limited direct medical engagement. Many of the questions had already been answered prior to the visit through the online intake form. Huge waste of money. I paid $425 cash ($160 with insurance) for what turned out to be a 25–30 minute questionnaire, despite the appointment being scheduled for an hour. After about 25 minutes I asked, “Is this really it?” and the response was essentially, “Yes, basically.” Only then were a few more questions added on the spot.
