My Sleep USA experience was easy. Gary in sales listened and answered all my questions. Delivery was handled by two fellows that were excellent. They were careful and totally professional. Made an error---the salesperson name is Greg, not Gary. It has been 2 weeks and my Helix mattress is exactly the firmness I needed. And, I love my side-sleeper pillow. As stated delivery fellas are the best.
