This place is terrible. There answering system is like ur calling a 3rd world country.i have left msg no one calls back . Been waiting for my C pap machine over a month ago . They said they had sent the request to my Insurance I call my insurance no request LIARS .I don't ever want to see or hear from them . Iff you have a appointment with them RUN from them I DONT RECOMMEND. only a waist of ur Time.
I been calling left them 2 msg no call back . 3erd time I guy answer very RUDE and unprofessional. If that's the beginning of my appointments with them I rather not even go there .already looking for somewhere else
the night I went for my sleep study was great. It has been close to 3 months and I have yet gotten my c-pap or heard from anyone. I have called a dozen or more times and no one can tell me anything. I would not recommend Sleep Trends. I have been on c-pap for 26 years and have never had a problem until now.
Drove out to the center and it was closed, would of been nice to know on Google that it was closed for remodeling
