We purchased a Simmons mattress just over a year ago and it has areas that you visually see that have begun bunching up. We called Sleep Train Customer Service Dept. to make an appt for a warranty inspection and spoke with a very rude representative. We received a phone call that the inspector found that it is normal wear, we were then told we could call back in another 90 days for another inspection. Beware of Sleep Trains warranty policies.
