Horrible experience with this brand. Broke down after 2 years. Won't replace it through Art Van! Bad customer service.
We got our first Kingsdown mattress about 7 years ago and it is still in amazing condition. We've recently purchased another Kingsdown mattress for our guest room - and our guests always comment that it's one of the better mattresses they've slept on. We've gotten both from this store location and always had great experiences and received a high level of customer service.
Worst mattress and worst customer service experience EVER!! Do not trust this company. They do NOT stand behind their product. What an expensive lesson I have learned.
