This place is basically a scam. Spent a week calling them trying to get a consultation with no one answering the phone. Finally got a consultation scheduled, only to pay $70 to go over paper work i filled out online, and was told I would get a call back about scheduling to pick up home sleep kit. This is weeks ago, tried calling throughout the week, finally got a hold of an unfriendly person who then transferred me to a voice mail. save yourself a headache, time and $ lost and go elsewhere.

My experience with Sleep Therapy Research Center was very frustrating. It took about four months from my first appointment to the sleep study and then finally seeing the doctor for my results. When I did see him, he was great — very knowledgeable — so I have no complaints about him at all. The issue was everything else. It’s extremely hard to get a hold of someone at the front desk.
