A waste of time literally!! So upsetting 😖 my son showed up for his appointment. Technician let us in and told us he was confused because he was expecting a different patient. He left and came back to take us to my sons room. We waited maybe 10 to 15 minutes when he returns to let us no they had someone else scheduled and we would have to reschedule. He says there’s nothing he can do cuz he’s only a technician and doesn’t do scheduling. Well you should confirm with scheduler sir!! I did get a reminder in voice mail for this... read more
My mom had a wonderful experience here last night and I couldn't be more happier. She says that Claudia the night tech was very helpful with her helping her find the restroom and assisting to fill out the paperwork. The facility was clean nicely decorated inside, sheets comfortable, and a quiet atmosphere. I am very thankful for the nice people here that assisted my mom because my mom's English isn't the best and she doesn't know how to read and knowing and hearing how nice they were with her and how she slept well, made me ... read more

Proceed with caution! It took six phone calls after referral dated 11/6/2021 to be addressed on 12/7/2021 just to get an appointment for 12/21/2021. I had to get United Healthcare involved to get appointment. Facility hard to find and in an unlighted parking lot on the side of a building. Totally unsafe being released at 5:30 A.M on a less than desirable part of town. Facility SUB PAR compared to the four other clinics I have visited over the last 15 years. Chemicals in the one bathroom shared by all (male/female and staff) ... read more
