I have been a customer of Sleep Therapeutics for the past three years, and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. Whenever I have visited for an adjustment to my CPAP machine or needed a follow-up appointment, I have repeatedly been told that someone would call me back within a day or two. Very helpful appointment. I had been experiencing trouble with inconsistent rainout - water droplet collection in hose and mask (and yet still VERY dry mouth). I was helped to understand that it shouldn’t be water droplets, but water VAPOUR and that I must adjust hose temp upwards and humidity down. Also to expect to have to adjust often according to seasonal changes in outdoor temps, humidity and room temperature and humidity. Thank you very much!
