My appointments are always on time, and the service is great. I asked about a new style of mask at my most recent appointment, and was given one to try for 30 days.
When I call to change the setting of the machine, and the lady said she will change it right away (at 1:30 pm), but she forget and left for the entire weekend. Or she doesn't know what she's doing. That screwed up my sleep for the entire weekend. Thanks a lot. Also, they sold me an older, inferior mask that doesn't fit right. My name is Bruno Lemay.
