I found Christina at the Keswick location pleasant and efficient to deal with. She explained how to use the CPap machine and face mask so I felt fairly confident that I knew what I was doing. Of course by the time I was going to use it that night I had some questions but found YouTube videos that answered my specific questions. My advice is to be hands on at your appointment when you get your CPap machine so you are more able to remember things like taking off the water tank, finding where the plug goes etc.
They were great to deal with. Helped me out with my Insurance on getting a new sleep app machine. I would recommend them to anyone.
Following the sleep test, I appreciated the time taken to provide me feedback on the results of the study and give me good information and recommendations for treating sleep apnea. Dr. Hajiazim in particular was very helpful in explaining exactly how lacking oxygen affects your system. He also gave me an option to try a nose spray and revisit the sleep study again in future.
Sarah is always helpful with my issues. The lady who answers the phone is super polite. Thanks ladies
