The world of CPAP was all new to me when I first came in to Sleep Therapeutics. Emily is not only very sweet and friendly but she's also professional, knowledgeable and beyond excellent in one on one customer relations. She patiently guided me through all the information I needed to know answering all of my questions. She didn't try to sell me anything. It was a by chance drop in, I had no appointment. I was given the time and all my concerns resolved and questions answered to my satisfaction. My new CPAP machine was adjusted toI was a very happy customer again.
