I have visited the Winter Garden facility twice. In both cases, Mona, a technician, treated me both times. I was welcome there very warmly. The procedures were explained in detail and then again as the procedure was conducted. I appreciate being kept informed. Mona knew what she was doing and was able to answer my questions in a manner I or most anyone could understand. If Mona is an example how patients are treated at Sleep Telemedicine Services, I would highly recommended.it.
