Sleep Studies International has a very terrible customer service and terrible organizational skills. Their lack of communication and detail to customers is horrible. All of their staff have to be replaced. I made an appointment with the receptionist for a Wednesday and the day prior to the appointment, I called them to confirm it. Wednesday chaos at sleep study International: The technician taking my vitals is very nice and knowledgeable in his field of study. I had questions about my machine and he answered all of them, although the staff at the front window is something else. They have no tact in treating there patients, but only in feeding there egos. They need to treat people nice as if they were dealing with there own family. Their service really sinks!
The technicians for the sleep studies are very good. However, if you want attitude when dealing with the reception area you are in the right place. They are arrogant, egocentric,and on power trips they will close a small window everytime on your face. And forget about calling their arogance can be heard too.
