I went to the store on Summer Ave. Bought a adjustable base for my bed from them. That I really like so far. The sales man Charles was very nice. He told me everything I needed for the base. Ex. What kind of mattress and more. I told him that I would get the base, but I need them to put it together. He told me 90% of the time they put it together unless they are busy. I’m very used to buying from Billy. However, he had quit a week before I bought my mattress. Usually my visits to this store are very pleasant. I went yesterday there is a short black guy with horribly died red hair, and glasses. He didn’t greet me when I came in, wasn't helpful at all, had an attitude THE ENTIRE time. Then when he loaded up the mattress he didn’t tie it correctly and the entire thing FELL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET 2 minutes after I had pulled off.
