Because I didn't speak English and had a language communication problem, the manager showed little interest and was rude when he walked away, leaving me talking to myself. I'd ruled out buying anything!!!
Ordered a new mattress due to back problems. Had one made for my bad back and how I sleep. Kept my adjustable frame. Manufactured and to me in less than 2 weeks. Delivery was scheduled, easy and courteous. They took my old mattress so I don’t have to get rid of it. Setup was done well and courteous. Looking forward to sleeping on it tonight.
