The staff I've interacted with have been great. Whitmore Lake location lists open till 5pm. It's important to know that the Whitmore Lake one is by appointment only.

We have used sleep solutions for over a year. They have been very accommodating. We were going out of town and needed supplies. We were able to come in and get what we needed just before we left. Also the woman we work with is very knowledgeable and understanding.

I called to schedule an appointment because my dog chewed my mask. Unfortunately, I was told they couldn’t help me until their once-a-month walk-in fitting day. They also couldn’t simply send a replacement since my mask model is no longer made, which apparently requires a new fitting—again, only available once a month. Instead of offering any alternative or solution, I was basically told there’s nothing they can do. I went to their office instead of having a CPAP machine mailed to me so I could try on and get fitted for different masks. They defined me this option and told me I had to take the one they gave me. That one didn't work for me so when I asked to get mailed two instead of driving 40 min back and I will mail the one back I am not going with they said no. Do not go here

Generally I find a great lack of communication about orders. I do not like the text they send when I'm due for new supplies so I always end out calling. Would prefer to do it via email/online but then they list things I never use so that becomes a pain. Would like to be informed via email when my shipment goes out and be provided with a tracking number but was told on the phone that they don't do that.
