We ordered merchandise from this company some months ago that was in stock at the time of the order, we have followed up many times as the order has not been delivered some 8 weeks later. Extremely poor customer service, have not resolved the matter and we are still waiting on a refund and have now escalated to NSW Fair Trading "Interactive Online Marketing Pty Ltd" trading as "Sleep Solutions". Expensive pillows & no returns even when not used. Rip off as no clear statement of this was made when ordering. Go to a shop so you can actually test in person through packaging! Do not order online! I wasted about $130 one 1 pillow not even free shipping!
