I had a great experience shopping for a new mattress thanks to David. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly throughout the process. He took the time to understand my needs, explained the differences between the models, and never made me feel pressured to buy. His recommendations were honest and helpful, and I left feeling confident I made the right choice. Excellent customer service — I’d definitely recommend asking for David if you visit the store!

A few months ago, I needed a firm mattress, and a couple of months later, a bed frame. On both occasions, I visited Sleep Shop in North Van, where Zeinab welcomed me warmly. She was patient, gave me the space I needed to weigh my options and try things out, and was always ready to help when I had questions. She is knowledgeable, charming, and never pushy. I would highly recommend supporting this local business and especially this branch.

I popped into the Sleep Shop to look at pillows for side sleepers. I've gone through so many pillows that weren't great and haven't had great experiences in the big chain mattress/bedding stores. I always felt too pressured and 'sales manned' at the big chain stores. I had a great experience with Zeinab. She was really patient as I prevaricated between two pillows and spent a ton of time switching back and forth and trying them over an over again. I was in need of a new mattress and pillow. I went to Sleep Shop in North Vancouver and had a wonderful experience. Salima asked me some questions about my sleeping habits and grabbed me a pillow and recommended several mattresses to test out. We narrowed it down to 2. One week later I have an incredibly supportive mattress and pillow. The mattress cuddles you ! Salima was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My sleep has already improved. Thank you !!

We visited to buy new pillows and had a great experience. The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and kind. The store was relaxing and easy to shop. We will be back for a new mattress soon!
