I popped into the Sleep Shop to look at pillows for side sleepers. I've gone through so many pillows that weren't great and haven't had great experiences in the big chain mattress/bedding stores. I always felt too pressured and 'sales manned' at the big chain stores. I had a great experience with Zeinab. She was really patient as I prevaricated between two pillows and spent a ton of time switching back and forth and trying them over an over again. When it was time to upgrade our old bed we visited a few shops, but settled on buying from Sleep Shop and are so happy with our purchase. From start to finish we never felt pressured to make a snap decision, and the staff gave us the right amount of information and help to make a really smart choice that worked for our need, without any stress. I was in need of a new mattress and pillow. I went to Sleep Shop in North Vancouver and had a wonderful experience. Salima asked me some questions about my sleeping habits and grabbed me a pillow and recommended several mattresses to test out. We narrowed it down to 2.
