My experience with Sleep Shop from beginning to end was absolutely extraordinary. Zedi, our sales person, was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. She took so much time to make sure I got exactly the right mattress for my needs. And she was very reliable with follow up for delivery arrangements. (Plus the price point at Sleep Shop beats the other big mattress stores.) Delivery day went so smoothly, the two delivery guys were just fantastic and truly went above and beyond in making sure the frame was well secured a... read more

I recently bought a mattress from this store, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Zeinab was absolutely incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and truly professional. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed without making me feel pressured. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Zeinab, for making the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this store, and if you get a chance to work with Zeinab, you’re in great h... read more

The sales staff were quick and to the point. We were able to complete our consultation & purchase in about half an hour. Our Saturday purchase was delivered on the following Wednesday, and the delivery guys were super efficient. They even disassembled the old bedframe and took everything away without making a mess. Took those shoes off in the proper area, and gave us time to swifter under the bed in between their work. First class job all around! Thanks guys!

I want to give a huge thank you to Zeinab for her kindness, patience, and the way she explained every mattress to us. She helped us choose the right Kingsdown mattress, and it arrived today & exactly on time! We haven’t slept on it yet, but the edge support is absolutely amazing... exactly what we were looking for. Her professionalism and warm attitude made the whole experience easy and stress free ☺️ Sleep Shop is lucky to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable team member. Thank you Sleep Shop & happy anniversary...
