When it was time to upgrade our old bed we visited a few shops, but settled on buying from Sleep Shop and are so happy with our purchase. My experience with The Sleep Shop has been nothing other than exceptional. The team was able to arrange purchase of two mattresses that were no longer in their stock, and have them delivered to our new home in Whistler on exactly the date requested. The delivery experience was outstanding; quick, professional and courteous. We now own three mattresses from The Sleep Shop and will definitely purchase from them again when the time comes.
I was in need of a new mattress and pillow. I went to Sleep Shop in North Vancouver and had a wonderful experience. Salima asked me some questions about my sleeping habits and grabbed me a pillow and recommended several mattresses to test out. We narrowed it down to 2. One week later I have an incredibly supportive mattress and pillow. The mattress cuddles you ! Salima was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My sleep has already improved. Thank you !!
We visited 3 stores in-person as we did not want another bed-in-a-box online shopping experience. After researching our top 2 mattress choices, we returned for one final check, and opted to go with the Nature's Rest Amble from Sleep Shop. Hopefully, it will work for us. If not, we will be in good hands exchanging for another with Sleep Shop. 5 stars for excellent service from all staff we interacted with, down to the mattress delivery team who phoned ahead and arrived on time today.
