I recently bought a mattress from this store, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Zeinab was absolutely incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and truly professional. The sales staff were quick and to the point. We were able to complete our consultation & purchase in about half an hour. Our Saturday purchase was delivered on the following Wednesday, and the delivery guys were super efficient. They even disassembled the old bedframe and took everything away without making a mess. Took those shoes off in the proper area, and gave us time to swifter under the bed in between their work. First class job all around! Thanks guys!
They came within the stated time, re-assembled my bed quickly! One of the fellows actually insisted on ensuring the zippered mattress cover be closed completely before final assembly. I was ready to have them cut the cover off but he was able to fix the problem. Great service all in all to disassemble and reassemble my electric bed for new carpet install.
Zeinab, the sales representative was very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. The 2 delivery men were very efficient and respectful. The whole process of selecting the best topper for our bed to having it expertly laid out in place on the bed, all packaging removed and taken away, was painless. We love our 3" latex topper! We were helped by Zenab in North Vancouver and we were touched by her friendliness and professionalism. I appreciate that this store offered a 2 month trial of the mattress. Not all stores do. The delivery process was great. The shop has an app where I can see where the truck is and what time it will arrive. The delivery persons were also very friendly and professional. I will buy from this store again in the future.
