The sales staff were quick and to the point. We were able to complete our consultation & purchase in about half an hour. Our Saturday purchase was delivered on the following Wednesday, and the delivery guys were super efficient. They even disassembled the old bedframe and took everything away without making a mess. Took those shoes off in the proper area, and gave us time to swifter under the bed in between their work. First class job all around! Thanks guys!
Zeinab, the sales representative was very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. The 2 delivery men were very efficient and respectful. The whole process of selecting the best topper for our bed to having it expertly laid out in place on the bed, all packaging removed and taken away, was painless. We love our 3" latex topper! We were helped by Zenab in North Vancouver and we were touched by her friendliness and professionalism. I appreciate that this store offered a 2 month trial of the mattress. Not all stores do. The delivery process was great. The shop has an app where I can see where the truck is and what time it will arrive. The delivery persons were also very friendly and professional. I will buy from this store again in the future.
I have been on the market looking for a futon and Japanese platform bed over 8 months. When I saw this shop and met with the sales person Zainab she did her best to make sure I got what I needed. Yes they had it all in stock and she guided me in every way not to just make a sale but to provide me with excellent advise through measurement of the mattress and room size to the type of mattress I should get. We have purchased 2 mattresses with Salima. She is incredibly knowledgeable, she made sure we would get the mattress that fit both my husband and I comfort' needs. A small issue arised from factory that she resolved immediately with a brand new mattress and upgraded one. Big shoutout to Salima she is a gem. Thanks to her and her team
