We bought 2 mattresses here. Lilian was wonderful and caring throughout. She never rushed us and gave great advice - you can tell she has a lot of experience and knows what she is doing. I went with a firm latex hybrid mattress and my parents went with the copper mattress. Prices were good (these are not entry level mattresses so keep that in mind). I'd recommend going to Sleep Shop, specifically this location and only working Lilian.
