I had called a couple of the big shops for new box springs for my new memory foam mattress I had purchased, even though I all ready told the guy at one place (the Br@ck), that I had already purchased a mattress, he went in to a huge sales pitch for a whole mattress combo, I said I only wanted the box spring, nothing else, he said I would have to come in to do that, most likely to try to high pressure sales me. Lilian was extremely helpful. We went to multiple mattress stores and felt they were just trying to get the most money out of us. As a salesperson myself, I could tell Lilian genuinely wanted us to find a good mattress without paying an arm and a leg. We’ve had the mattress for a little over a month now and have no complaints. Delivery was easy and even early!

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Sleep Country. After my original Dormeo mattress was identified as defective under warranty, I was informed that Sleep Country had decided to discontinue its partnership with Dormeo. As a result, I was persuaded to purchase a completely different brand and firmness, using only the original price from 7 years ago as my credit and paying an additional amount.
