We spent thousands here on a wood bed frame and two matching side tables. It's the worst furniture purchase we've ever made, and the service since has been worse than the furniture. The product: 1) The delivery came in pieces, literally. Only 3 of 5 boxes showed up, so we slept on the floor for a week waiting for the rest. 2) When it was all there, the parts didn't fit. I have been very happy with this company. My wife and I walked in off the street just to see. We were about to upgrade our mattress, and we had already decided on one we were going to purchase online. The customer service individual, Abdul, was very accommodating and let us try things around the store, helping us understand the differences between bed types.
