Very good experience with our sales person Lilian. She was not pushy, very knowledgeable and gave us our space. Guided us to find a very well constructed, comfortable mattress to meet our needs. Very positive shopping experience.
I had called a couple of the big shops for new box springs for my new memory foam mattress I had purchased, even though I all ready told the guy at one place (the Br@ck), that I had already purchased a mattress, he went in to a huge sales pitch for a whole mattress combo, I said I only wanted the box spring, nothing else, he said I would have to come in to do that, most likely to try to high pressure sales me.
