Lilian was excellent at helping me choose an adjustable base and the delivery people were very nice and cooperative.
I purchased a mattress from this store on April 26, 2026. After only about two weeks of normal use, the mattress developed a noticeable bulge. My king-size bed frame had been supporting another king-size mattress without any issues, and I even added a hard cardboard layer between the mattress and the bed frame to provide an even support surface.
