Friendly and helpful staff in store and with delivery. Grateful that the delivery persons were able to come back to make some adjustments to the height and positions of the side rails for the hi-low home care bed.

The delivery guys named, Arpan and Gurman, were very helpful. Their service was exceptional! They should get a raise. They were fast, professional, friendly, and took care of everything Unfortunately, the mattress I was sold was probably the floor model without them telling me as it was sagging and uncomfortable. It has been over a month, and the new mattress still has not been delivered yet.
I purchased three mattresses, made in Surrey, from this company 10 years ago and they're still going strong. I came back to purchase pillows. Like always, excellent customer service. I would rather drive to see the Sleep Shop than walk across the street to a different mattress shop. Thank you and keep up the good work
The coil in our mattress was damaged and we need to buy a new one to replace the one I have been used for 10 years. We don't know where to start but sleep shops sale is very professional and told us to try the mattress in the shop first so that we know how hard or soft we want the mattress should be.
