They were very patient and let me lie on the mattress quietly. After buying it and sleeping on it, I found it was still too soft. When I went back to the store, they were very patient and recommended another mattress, which reassured me, and I exchanged it for a different one. I highly recommend buying mattresses from here. I love my new bed. I purchased a Nature's Rest Hybrid mattress, a simple platform base with 2 drawers, and a mattress cover. It is considered medium soft but it is firm enough for me. You really have to try them. Doreen and her boss were very knowledgeable and helpful, no pressure. They welcomed me to take my time, lay on the beds and answered my many questions. I purchased a mattress and bed frame from this store. The in-store experience was great. However, the delivery and after-sales service are terrible. The delivery people were very rude and unprofessional. They created multiple scratches and markings on our walls when moving the mattress. When we confronted them, they said the damage was not their responsibility. After they delivered the furniture, I took pictures of the damage and complained to the sleep shop.
