Fantastic experience. Sara is very professional with expert knowledge of beds and mattresses. She is so patient trying to understand customer needs and explains everything in simple ways for us to understand. It was a pleasure to have her as our sales representative.
I read the reviews prior to going to Farouq's shop in Richmond and I was not disappointed. He offered a very fair discount on a mattress of our choice. Upon delivery, we discovered a defect and Farouq was very quick and responsive and we came to an amicable resolution. Not only was the pricing reasonable, Farouq's customer service and business practice were commendable. And for that reason, I'd come back again to his shop as my first choice.
My wife Anne and I purchased a bed at Sleep Shop in Richmond and Farouq helped us. Great service, no pressure and he took the time to make sure we got what we were looking for in a bed. The delivery of the new bed and the removal of the old bed was prompt the people were curious, and it went off with out a hitch. Our first five night sleeping on the bed have been great.
