Months we’ve been trying to schedule the study & finally got a supervisor Donna today who so rudely hung up on me twice after stating ‘one of the girls remember the whole conversation but states she didn’t get fax which she had received while I was on the phone’ & had every number to reach me...Chandra had the worst attitude in the world & didn’t think it could get worse but Donna topped her!
Pathetic customer service. Promises to return phone calls are not kept. Steer clear. Technician assigned to me has poor communications skills and inspires zero confidence
We had a terrible experience with this location. The sleep technician at this location should not be allowed to work with children. We are filing a formal complaint.
