Ordering supply’s takes 10-14 days to be delivered. I had an order that was shipped to Washington. I don’t live in Washington. When I called to see why I didn’t get my order the customer service person laughed at me when she saw where it went to. I asked if they could PLEASE ship out overnight. She said she would call me back. Never did. 3 hours later I got a text that it was shipped out. When I called back guys said usually you have to pay for overnight. So relieved to have found Aura! My customer service rep Ronny; has been a pleasure to work with. He's always looking out for my health! FYI, avoid Advanced Sleep Therapy in Arl Hts! The passive-aggressive owner and the person in charge of getting your supplies will burn you!
