I got there for a 11:00 am appoiintment and set there waiting for over 15 minutes and I had to call them to get them to come out. They had to go in and set my machine I had my appointment for several days and they were not ready Terry did not wear a mask and I got home to Bethany and no hose someone needs to bring me hose your office was not ready I am very upset about the service and when she came out she was eating that is not professional.

The service I received from Sleep Remedies was the absolute worst! I attempted to transfer my business to them from another state. Failure to return calls, poor staff communication, broken promises, and you name it, it went wrong with this group. I am taking my service elsewhere. This group creates problems rather than address them! If there would be a zero rating, this group has earned it!

Good links to like service providers for disabled +69-year-old male. Recovering and "Away" at med rehab + 2 years from traumatic brain injury. Returned home to 4 BR Edmond. All stolen by druggy Ice Queen Cleaning sub-humanoid. Though giving hand UP^! No, she had keys and security codes, Thus, not only traumatic brain recovering, all stolen, and from millionaire due to years of +100 hours hard work, now destitute! After waiting WEEKS and NOT getting phone calls returned in a timely manner and having them LOSE paperwork from my Doctor, I finally got a real appointment. They DEMANDED payment up front and I told them I was not going to pay until I had received the CPAP machine and was trained on it. They DEMANDED payment again before I entered the room-o-machines, I paid. Having already been upset with what I had been put thru already the lady sensed my mood and said "We need to reschedule it till you are in a better mood." I said ... read more
