The service is bad and the product is bad. If I could give a negative star I would. The sale of the bed seemed to go well, although we were to find out later that we were lied to. We were told that some of the beds that we were looking at had cool gel in them and some of them didn't. Turns out all of them did. We were also originally told that there was no delivery on the weekends. Turns out there is. The first bed was delivered damaged, so we had to set up delivery of a second bed.
