I was given a date of delivery. On that day no one called or showed up. Turns out my delivery date was rescheduled without notifying me. Their supplier, Mattress Warehouse, handles refunds. The customer support line is a recorded message stating that all representatives are busy and to leave a call back number. I do not believe I will get a refund in a timely manner. We worked with Paige. They had a great sale going on, their guarantee policy is awesome, and with a purchase of $600 you get free shipping (the next day for us!) and set up. We went to this place on a recommendation and will recommend it to others!
They will use all kinds of tricks to get every dollar from you. They never mentioned a $20 recycle fee for picking up an old mattress. They just said delivery was free. They charged us 50 for a pad that we never aasked for or discussed. The cashier,Dustin Meyers, gave me a cash discount of literally 1 dollar. We looked around later that day and found the same beds for less than half the price at mattress and more. We went back the next day and got a refund. Please do not even waste your time going there.
