Kevin Anderson was great! We found a mattress that we loved while on vacation but it was discontinued. Kevin located us the new model which was wonderful. He answered all of our questions and was not pushy. Wonderful experience.
My experience at Sleep Outfitters was awesome. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, has plenty of patience and has excellent customer service make sure you visit the Sleep Outfitters in Oakley and make sure you ask for Erney. He helped me in choosing the right bed for me with all the necessary accessories. I left out of Sleep Outfitters a very satisfied customer. Erney at the Oakley location was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, personable and helpful for husband and me. We were clueless about what we wanted, our price point and he made it easy and a pleasant experience. He even offered to sit and color with our toddler while we laid on a few mattresses. Highly recommend!
