DO NOT BUY a Sleep Number bed. I spent nearly $1000 on a queen C2 mattress and it didn’t even last 4 years. After 3-1/2 years one of the the air chambers started leaking. I’m 6’1” and 185 lb. I don’t have any pets and there was no unusual wear. Instead of doing the right thing and replacing the air chamber, they charged an additional $180 for a replacement air chamber, which is basically a glorified air mattress. I just gave a five-star review for my local sleep number store and the people who work there. Also five-stars to the sleep number beds. I’ve bought four total over the years. This review is for the 800 customer service service number and central delivery department. I would NOT recommend sleep number based on my experience in setting up delivery.
