We recently shopped for a mattress at the Sleep Number store in Westport . Abraham was our sales person. He was informative, personable, and very helpful in teaching us about the beds, and then guiding us to which one made the most sense for us to purchase. I would highly recommend checking out the Westport Sleep Number store if you are in the market for a new bed.
The service in store was good and I’ve had contact since purchasing the bed with one employee being very supportive but at the end of the e day it’s about what the higher ups decide. They don’t return base once purchased even before delivery which should we made explicit before purchase. Im not sure about the bed yet. I’ve had it a few weeks and it’s not broken in. Don’t love the split. We keep falling in between the cracks. Also the e app isn’t tracking one of the sleepers and no responsive air consistently.
I could not have been happier with the service provided by Abraham at the Westport store. Knowledgeable. Not pushy. Was able to communicate the product, the pricing and the overall benefits and advantages of the different bed types.

Great experience
Mom was going into assisted living and wanted a sleep number bed. We went to the store and were assured that they could accommodate a move-in date when she was ready. Shortly after that, she ended up in the hospital and was told she couldn't go home. When she was released to rehab, I called Sleep Number with a 10 day window to get the bed delivered. Their response? Nope, cannot accommodate a 10 day window and will not adjust our delivery schedule. Need 2 weeks or more, cuz we're really busy in the warehouse. So basica... read more
I paid $8500 for a king size bed. The loveable foundation malfunctioned after 1 year. $300 later after tech came the Philippines rep said pay another $1900. Nuts!!! Very crazy company. I do not recommend these people. Nothing but nightmares to deal with. Everything is outsourced.
Went in to get a sleep number adjustable bed with a split mattress, as displayed on the website. Showed the picture of the bed we wanted to the salesperson telling them we wanted a queen with a split mattress and explained we need one side to be raised and the other flat. He said no problem. Even talked us into buying sheets for the queen bed that won’t pop off when one side is up and the other is down. The bed arrived and it is NOT the bed we ordered. My husband and I have owned sleep number brand for 20 years. Recently we purchased a new model and absolutely love the comfort of the mattress. The delivery and set up on our new purchase was a ridiculous event. We were informed by the scheduling department that delivery would be between 6 to 9pm. The truck arrived around 8, and installation took 1 1/2 hours. The delivery men indicated that they were not permitted to carry tools.
