Just got our Warranty 12 lb mattress in a VERY POORLY PACKED item for something worth $600, my cost was $297. IT BARELY survived the packing and truck rides from Irmo, SC to Sonora, KY. VERY BAD SERVICE for warranty item to replace a mattress that does not hold any air currently at zero. Anyway, I just added 3 photos of the warranty item worth $600 barely shipped in an appropriate box and barely any tape, judge for yourself. I cannot believe this is representative of SLEEP NUMBER management team?
We love our new bed!! Thank you so much Danielle for the exceptional customer service. We highly recommend this location.
