I visited The SLEEP Number store at Alcoa in Bryant,Ar over a year ago.At the time I was pretty much convinced it was the perfect mattress for me,but visited another store with half the price and decided to go with it instead. WELL, A YEAR LATER, DONNA CALLED ME JUST YESTERDAY to check and see if I wanted to come back while a great sale was happening just through this week,She is so pleasant and not pushy like most sale reps can be,so I told her I'd be in the next day. Ms. Donna at the Benton, Arkansas Sleep Number location was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the selection and financing process. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase, but felt empowered to make the best decision for myself. My purchasing experience was very positive, and I'm excited to be on the path to better sleep.

I have to give a huge amount of praise to Donna, the manager, at the Sleep Number bed store in Benton, AR. She is absolutely the most knowledgeable and helpful person re:Sleep Number beds and after purchase questions and concerns. I haven’t ever received this kind of customer service before, until I met Donna! If you are thinking about purchasing a bed, please consider purchasing with Donna! You will not be disappointed!
