I stopped by to check out the prices on a sleep number bed. My cousin has one and raves about it. Darren told me about the features, sales, and discounts. He was very knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a bed and can’t wait to get it delivered and actually sleep on it. No high pressure just good information. Would recommend to anyone.
I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews, but I had to for this Columbus sleep number store and its employees for going above and beyond with their customer service. I worked with Christi, who was very knowledgeable, and Heidi, who was just exceptionally personable and helpful. Another person who has a sleep number bed told me, they will do their best to help you, and I’m finding that true. I can’t attest to the customer service number, but the store people are certainly very patient and accommodating.
Christie hooked us up on a very affordable sleep number bed. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys!
