I was looking for a new specialty pillow for my trouble neck and I encountered Zunaira. She took her time to look at my prior purchases to make sure she was not selling the same again. I was so grateful because no one at sleep number bed before had done that simple step. She gave me her hones opinion and suggestions. I end up buying a new pillow that I am still trying out and so far is being good!! Thank you so much Zunaira for your amazing and caring customer service.

Zunaira was a pleasure to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job finding the perfect bed for me. She even reached out several times after receiving the bed to check in and ask how my quality of sleep has been. It is clear to me that she puts the wants and needs of the customer before anything else. Highly recommend going to see her if you're thinking about getting a new bed as her customer service is top notch and the product itself

I visited Sleep number in Old Bridge (Route 9 South) looking for a mattress. I was assisted by Zunaira that was very nice and helpful. Zunaira was very patient to show me the options I had with mattress on display and I ended buying one of the mattress. I was very happy with the attention and services provided by Zunaira on behalf of Sleep number. Thank you.
