Very disappointed in Sleepnumber customer service. I recently moved states and paid a significant amount of money to have my bed reassembled by their crew. I did some renovating on my home so did not use the bed within the 30 days of the assembly. Now that I am using the bed, it is lopsided in the reclined position. When I called customer service to rectify this situation, I was told I have to pay another $190 for another tech visit. Easiest mattress buying experience I’ve ever had. Tanner listed to our issues with our current setup and offered multiple options for us to consider. His suggestions were reasonably priced and were not the most expensive options in the store since he knew those options would not work for us. He was easy to work with and applied zero pressure to purchase. I would recommend anyone looking at a Sleep Number bed to have a chat with Tanner.
Had a wonderful experience with Tanner at the Wake Forest NC location. It was a pleasure doing business there in a relaxed atmosphere.
