We have had one of these beds for over 15 years, it was great. Sold it when we moved to get a new one. So many options. Tanner is great to work with.
Exceeded my expectations! We normally go to the Crabtree or Southpoint stores but decided to go to the Wake Forest store as it is closer to our home. I’m so glad we did. Tanner helped us and greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. Tanner helped with our sheet set purchase and even went through the bed descriptions as we are looking at upgrading into the 360. We received 5 star service and you all gained a customer at the Wake Forest store!
Ricky was absolutely amazing! He went out of his way to help us and made the entire process so easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we left with the exact mattress we wanted at a great price. Excellent customer service – highly recommend asking for Ricky if you visit Mattress Firm!

Had a great experience working with Tanner to get a new mattress that met our needs and affordability. Was also able to get some new pillows. All of these have really made our sleep better.
