Tanner, the Store Manager helped me right away. Visited this store mid day and had a pillow problem. He was welcoming, professional and helpful in order to determine the best replacement pillow for a warranty issue of a pillow from a purchase last year. What he told me to do about calling and requesting a warranty was exactly what happened. Out of 6 pillows I got last year, 1 only had an issue and thankfully this company redesigned the pillow case cover so that the replacement I get soon should last more than a year. Tanner at the Wake Forest Store was a joy to work with. The setting was intimate and He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the amazing Sleep Number Bed we purchased. I highly recommend the Wake Forest location.
