Aubrey was GREAT! Very informed on EVERYTHING Sleep Number. I came in not really knowing what model we wanted or how much we wanted to spend. We had a sleep number a few years ago and loved it so we knew we wanted another. No hard sell, no panicked attempts to get me to buy TODAY! That is the one thing that shuts me down. She was easy to talk to and listened to what I had to say.
