Great store, great customer service! My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress, and have heard great things about Sleep Number beds. We visited the Copiague store on 04/22/2024 to learn more, and Dylan the salesman was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, thorough and patient as he explained the varieties of mattresses and different features. He was able to give us exactly what we wanted AND at a great price. Highly recommend Dylan and Sleep Number!
Kim was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Her no pressure sales and customer service brought an enjoyable experience. The manager was very helpful as well. I recommend doing business at the Copiague store.
Ed Brenner and Kim were fabulous. It was our first stop to replace our hospital bed and after an informative presentation, we were about to leave to go to two other stores nearby but Ed persuaded us to at least lie on a bed. Wow. Then when we were disappointed to learn one of the pillows we liked were no longer being sold, Kim recalled there were two in the back. We tried two other beds but the M7 was "it" for us. Great store, great "hosts."
