I absolutely love our sleep number. However when we moved, our moving company recommended having sleep number come out to disassemble & reassemble in the new house. Initially we called a month in advance. The rep told us to call as we get closer to the date to schedule, we have plenty of time. So we called 2 weeks before. The soonest we could get an appointment was a week after we move to disassemble, then the week after our move in to put back together. Caitlyn made the experience great and helped us with some tricky logistics to get delivery timing right and saved us some money doing so. She was very knowledgeable of the products and didn’t feel pushed into anything- we’re looking forward to the sleep experience being as great as the store experience with Caitlyn!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with the whole staff during our sleep 360 transaction. Our sales person Elena was extremely professional but also kind and considerate. She also has a great knowledge of all the products as she herself is also a customer. Overall we loved the service and now we are thoroughly enjoying the product. Within one week’s time I am getting the best sleep of my life. Thank you Elena and the Sleep Number team!
