Amy was great. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive.
We’ve been bed shopping, and I was shocked to realize that this wasn’t some magical technology. I feel like I should’ve known better, but to me the idea of having some special number setting just made sense. But in fact, it really is just air releasing/filling up. Amy was amazing. She made the process easy and seamless, helping us find the perfect fit for us. Love the transparency and thoughtfulness, considering our needs. After trying out the demo beds, we're pretty excited to get the bed in house.
