While the sale staff was kind and knowledgable the 100 night trial is a sham. This is what sold us on spending thousands on this mattress - the TRIAL period. Which is as expensive as buying a mattress at Costco. The sales staff at the store and Sleep Number Marketing materials presents this "trial" conveniently with fine print only at the end on your receipt. Callie, the salesperson we met with, was super helpful and friendly. She listened to what both our sleep needs and financial needs were and helped us see the possibilities. We are excited to get our new mattress and work with Callie again when it's time to get our base.

We’ve been bed shopping, and I was shocked to realize that this wasn’t some magical technology. I feel like I should’ve known better, but to me the idea of having some special number setting just made sense. But in fact, it really is just air releasing/filling up. And so as they found my magic number, it really just felt like I was in a worn in bed, having it curl around me, this did not feel comfortable. It reminded me a lot of memory foam.
