Shaun was great! I purchased two sleep number beds 3 years ago and he remembered me when I walked through the door! He knows his stuff and didn’t try and oversell me. He met my needs at a good price point. Whole process is very easy and the beds are great. I now have three!
Knowledgeable and patient staff who were able to clearly explain all the options as well as all the discounts and sales available. This is my second SleepNumber Beds to have the adjustable model.
Shaun was very good in explaining the difference in mattress’s; suggesting what he felt would be a good fit for us. We checked out both mattress’s and were able to make a decision. Thanks Shaun for your very informative discussion and helped us with this important decision!
Was very knowledgeable and answered my questions and was very understanding with my circumstance!
Shawn was very kind, and helpful, easy to talk to,noligable, and ready to make the sale of the day, first thing on a Sunday morning, first customer of the day.
