Was a great experience. Adam did a very professional job demonstrating the products and getting our settings. We were very satisfied with the process.
We were helped by Adam in a bed exchange. He was extremely helpful in finding the right bed for us. Very knowledgeable. If he had helped us in the beginning, we would not have needed an exchange. We are very happy with our purchase and thankful Adam was there to walk us through it!
The Sales Rep Adam, was very knowledgeable. As I am an old Sleep Number owner, I understood every aspect of the system. I went in knowing what I wanted and purchased a new sleep number system. Just so we made it clear, our previous system lasted approximately 25 year's. Can't add photos since I have not received my new bed.
DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER BED. This has been the absolutely worst purchase. Save your money and buy a regular bed. Here’s why: 1. It feels like an air mattress. You are literally sleeping on a giant air mattress. I thought that the store model was so comfortable, so I bought the same model but it doesn’t feel the same at all. 2. Customer service is terrible. We have reached out to Sleep Number for a number of issues: our foot warmer stopped working, the app has a bunch of bugs, we have asked to return or exchange, and they r... read more
