We had a very positive, and we felt, thorough "tour" of the Sleep Number products. Thanks to Adam for his help in our introduction to these products. We selected a bed and it was delivered with great care by Tyrone and Ron -- wonderful and knowledgeable delivery personnel, and they took all the time we needed answering our many questions. They were both very courteous and impressed us by slipping on "booty" covers over their shoes before we even asked! Thanks!
I hadn’t been a fan of Sleep Number years ago when we slept on one at a hotel, but my wife and I decided to give it another try when shopping for a new mattress. We drove two hours to the Broadway and Craycroft store in Tucson, and it was absolutely worth it. Adam reached out before our visit, welcomed us when we arrived, and guided us through the whole process with professionalism and care.
