Very informative, very kind and couldn’t ask for any better help than what we received.
We love sleep number, and when it was time to upgrade our previous sleep number, this store was great! Gabby was particularly helpful, and spent a lot of time making sure we got what we wanted. She even followed up a few weeks later at the perfect time, when I realized we needed to order a cover to go with the climate control bed. She was able to help us get it ordered quickly and smoothly. Great experience, and Gabby deserves a raise!
I’ve had the same SN bed for 18 years but time for new and slightly smaller size, new place. Sales Rep Misty subbing from another store was informative on new products. She assessed my needs and did not try to oversell. Happy with process and eager for delivery. Praising this bed for nearly two decades!
