I’ve had the same SN bed for 18 years but time for new and slightly smaller size, new place. Sales Rep Misty subbing from another store was informative on new products. She assessed my needs and did not try to oversell. Happy with process and eager for delivery. Praising this bed for nearly two decades!

Darren is every customer’s dream. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold” to. He actually listened and interacted in a way that led me to the product that I needed not what I was “upsold” to. He was VERY knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had, (I had quite a few), in a way that made me know he was answering from experience and knowledge. Darren was awesome. He wasnt pushy and gave my wife and I privacy to sit and talk about the decision. He was also able to answer all of my questions with detail. He was very personable and somehow managed to top the experience we had purchasing our first sleepnumber from this same store a few years ago. I highly recommend this store and seeking out Darren as your sales expert.
