Chad was. Professional and helpful.
I was greeted by Chad the minute I walked into the store. I had a lot of questions and he was gracious in answering them all. He was very cheerful, and professional when explaining the different series of beds they carry. He performed a scan to show me how the beds worked. I ended purchasing a a higher end series bed, frame, pillow and mattress cover. He was very detailed in explaining the price breakdown, the financing and delivery. I am anxiously waiting on my delivery! I would definitely recommend this store.
Purchasing the bed was a fabulous experience! Every question we had was addressed and the actual purchase was quick and easy. We would highly recommend Sleep Number.
I went to try out a specific pillow I had read about. I was encouraged to try several different pillows and to take my time, which I did. I ended up choosing the original one. The reason for 4 stars is that their computer system was down and they could not process a purchase. It took me several tries over several days to reach the store and make the purchase.
We loved it!! Great professional service!! Chad was very kind and went out of his way indeed to make sure we would be comfortable, he was so curtious friendly, and a nice person to work with!! We are thankful!! We give him a 10+++ thank you Chad!!
