I want to give a big shout out to Nancy a Brian ! I stopped tonight to look for a mattress for my mother and the service they provided was exceptional. They asked what she was looking for and brought multiple mattresses from the back for her to test out. Nancy also came out to make sure our mattress and box spring were secure for the hour ride we had back home. To say I was impressed with the service they provided is an understatement !

Nick, who assisted me at the Exton Sleep Number store, was knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring, and efficient in setting up service for the disassembling then the reassembling of our bed as required for making a move to a new home. Greatly appreciating his excellent service, I would definitely recommend his services to aid friends or family in the market for a Sleep Number purchase or service.

I’ve been a loyal customer of sleep number bed and have always had great experiences at the Exton location. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing due to the behavior of a sales associate named Nikolai. While I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, Nikolai was dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful. His attitude made the shopping experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming, I’m never going back!

Hello out there! I had the most great experience with Nikola Djurdjevic, at the Exton office, I was not sure as to what kind of bed I wanted and he helped me through the entire process. His patience and knowledge was greatly appreciated. The entire staff at that location should be acknowledged by upper management. They are devoted to their customers, I know that from what I seen while I was there. PS. Would Management PLEASE fix the television at that site......it would be nice to see what the beds are capable of doing!!!!! ... read more
