Sleep Number completely failed me. I ordered a Queen ClimateCool Smart Bed scheduled for delivery on July 17 between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM. I was home the entire time. No knock. No call. No voicemail. No delivery. Hours later, I was told my delivery was canceled because I “didn’t answer the phone.” That is a lie. I checked my call records — no missed calls. No attempt was made.
