Customer service was great and it was a pleasure to purchase our bed. Even when you’re returning sales people that are every need.
We bought a Sleep Number bed from here. We paid like $1000 extra to upgrade to a foot warmer at the base of our bed. I called Sleep Number customer service because the foot of our bed is uncomfortable. The girl that I spoke with said that it was because we got the foot warmer upgrade and that she has had several people complain about discomfort from the foot warmer. Please whatever you do, do not buy a sleep number. We heard so many negative things about the company and mattresses but went ahead and bought a mattress and adjustable bed frame anyway. The bed feels like a terrible air mattress and our backs have never hurt worse than the past 35 days of sleeping on this mattress. We are returning it immediately. The worst part is we got the $3000+ adjustable bed frame and it doesn't work. Despite countless hours on the phone with customer service, they will not let take the frame back. It... read more
