This review is for the Asheville Sleep Number store Everyone in this store is awesome! It was actually fun buying a bed here. We actually bought two beds while there. Very knowledgeable staff.
We visited to test out the beds as we were considering another adjustable bed & my sister Loves her Sleep Number. Our sales rep, Adrienne, was very thorough, knowledgeable, and honest in the presentation, and made it fun - you go through a whole "fitting" of bed & pillows - and we never felt pushed or directed towards a specific product. All of the employees (Adrienne, Dallas, and Leif) had wonderful attitudes and were helpful. The whole experience with sleep number store in Asheville was great from start to finish. Dallas was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind with us and answered all of our questions. We did not feel pressured at all and felt we were getting solid answers about the products, warranties, and delivery time. Highly recommend checking out Sleep Number.
