Angela and Doug were so helpful. Doug helped me pick out the perfect pillow. We were explaining to Angela that we weren’t sleeping well in our SN mattress. She took the time and interest to explain the process to us, and once we recalibrated our mattress, we’ve never slept better. Thank you both for excellent customer service in a world where customer service is practically non-existent

Angela offered a lot of information about the different mattress choices. She was extremely helpful, and allowed us time to talk privately to discuss all the options. I would recommend this store and Angela as a sales associate.
