Great experience, Anthony was extremely helpful and informative, without being pushy or overbearing. He had a great sense of when to linger and when to give us our space, which is basically the main difference between whether we'll work with a salesperson or not, and working with Anthony was the perfect balance. Really helped us figure out what we needed, and while he made sure we knew all about every bell and whistle, he didn't try to push us into extras we clearly didn't need. All in all, highly recommend!
Our sales associate was Anthony in the South Windsor, CT store. He let us try each of the beds working from the least expensive to priciest model which I very much appreciated. I already have purchased 3 other SN beds over the past 23 years and had done research into the most recent offerings. Anthony was very patient and helped me figure out the height of various base and mattress combinations. At no time did I feel pressured to buy anything. Another great SN purchase!
