There are quite a few reasons I am giving a 1 star review - 1st of all - When they delivered the mattress, they hit my trash cans. 2nd of all - when the mattress was set up in home, it did NOT come close to meeting the comfort of the mattresses in store, even after playing with the numbers. 3rd of all - when we asked to return the mattress (after not even having it 24 hrs) they charged us a $250 fee to come pick it up. So far app is not working. Thinking of stopping payment and refusing delivery. If I bought a 5k dollar tv it would come with a remote. How can you sell a product that is controlled by an app. And the app not work? The app was downloaded in store with sales associate, didn't work then was told they would follow up with it on Monday. Today is Wednesday. No call no email no text. Called the store was given customer service number. Only for customer service to be too busy and advise I wait for a call back. Bed is comfortable, bed is way too expensive for the materials that make up the sleep number system, installation went well but crew was not very friendly.
This store is the bomb !!! And so is Ben the sales person -- I have dealt with a couple different ones and Ben knows his stuff. Plus I went to another mattress store and looked at knock off number beds -- ridiculous pricing this place not only has a great product they have great prices. Thanks again Ben !!!!
