The salesperson Tyler has a very pleasant attitude, very informative and personable. I am very pleased with going to the Bel Air store and will refer anyone I know is interested in a bed. It was a pleasure dealing with a salesperson that was genuine and showed pride in his work and product.
I’m a repeat Sleep Number customer but this visit I needed guest room beds. Steve and Liz were so helpful and knowledgeable I bought 3 beds and know they made sure I got the best price possible. Great team at the Bel Air store!
Steve, Becca and Liz at the Bel Air, Md location are all awesome when it comes to customer service! I recommend them to my family, friends and acquaintances every chance I get. We own 2 sleep number beds, the 1st one we bought about 20 yrs ago, which the gran kids sleep on and the 2nd one 2 yrs ago..its the most comfortable bed we ever slept on. Do not get misled by current Sleep Number advertising. I owned and loved my original bed for 20 years. When it was time to get a new bed I was “Sure the last one was great!” First the new top of the line bed with all the features cost almost $13,000. And the salesman claimed he had been selling these new beds for several years. Yeah, don’t think so. So we get the new bed and things immediately are not quite what was promised.
