I purchased my bed a little over one month ago. I am loving the adjustilbilty, support and the flexibility of the base. I also love the sleep score feature and have been making adjustments to my sleep to improve my score and hopefully my heath.

I received great help at the Belair store. The staff was very informative and helpful. She was very kind and patient, while I ask a thousand questions. I would definitely recommend this store if you are thinking about buying a sleep number need.

Sleep number beds are trash. Bought my bed in 2022 from this location. While under warranty I already had to swap out the air chambers AND lines. Now, just two years later, the bed will not inflate above 75, under any circumstance. Multiple sessions of tech "support" and absolutely zero resolution. I had purchased this bed to help address back issues, but they have only been exacerbated by the lack of support I get from the mattress. Heated feet has stopped working.
