We really felt comfortable in the store. Our salesman was very nice and knowledgeable about our bed. We felt like he knew exactly what he was doing. He did not pressure us and we really appreciated that politeness that he showed by just letting us see and make Our own choice thank you to our salesman and the manager for having such a good employee working for her and the company
Steven made it a real pleasure to shop and learn more about the mattresses, would highly recommend to anyone interested in sleep number.
Polite and professional
Tyler provided exceptional information and service. The rest of the customer service industry could use some training from Tyler! Thank you Tyler for your help and information this evening!
We really appreciated our salesman Steve and the Bel Air, MD store. He was very informative and walked us through the different mattresses, trying the different levels and showing us the visuals. He was not pushy and we were happy to give him the sale.
