We really appreciated our salesman Steve and the Bel Air, MD store. He was very informative and walked us through the different mattresses, trying the different levels and showing us the visuals. He was not pushy and we were happy to give him the sale.
Tyler was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Very welcoming atmosphere.
Wish I made this purchase years ago, my wife and i agree, best nights sleep ever. Make the investment and reward yourself, no more morning aches. The staff in Belair is extremely professional and patient and will let you take as much time as you need. Even though apprehensive at first, we have returned 2 more times to buy pillows and sheets for family to try, its that good.
Liz was great to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. She made the whole process easy and comfortable without any pressure. I appreciated how helpful and patient she was throughout. Would definitely recommend working with her!
